The Founder & Her Story

Elisabeth Leach is the CEO & Founder of the Pgh Business Collective and The Women’s Collective, the premier networking groups for established business owners and corporate executives. These groups offer organic, relationship-based networking at some of the freshest hotspots in Pittsburgh. Both groups feature speakers on a diverse range of business and lifestyle topics. If you’re interested in a results-oriented, contemporary forum with a vetted group of successful professionals, we welcome you to apply for membership.

Before forming the two networking groups, Elisabeth was a sales & marketing executive and an avid networker in the Pittsburgh community. Back then, she felt there was a need for a professional networking group that combined all of the best practices she had experienced as a member of many organizations.

This sparked the decision to create The Women’s Collective in 2020 which was designed to bring unparalleled networking and high caliber professional development to female entrepreneurs and professionals. In 2023, Elisabeth expanded her platform by launching the coed Pgh Business Collective designed for both female and male business owners and corporate executives. Today both networking groups offer a diverse membership with over 250 members and 12 corporate supporters.

Elisabeth applies her business and entrepreneurial experience to create a welcoming and collaborative community that goes above and beyond to deliver value to members. She also is committed to giving back to charitable causes both personally and through her networking groups. She recently served as the Emcee for the Italian Sons & Daughters of America fashion show to raise money for disabled adults. Elisabeth is also currently serving as the Executive Ambassador for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign for the American Cancer Society of Greater Pittsburgh. The Women’s Collective has also raised funds for pediatric cancer in the past.

As a long-time resident of Pittsburgh, Elisabeth is passionate about helping other professionals succeed and provides the upmost responsiveness and assistance to members. She also frequently serves as a mentor to other business owners and is living out her dream as the founder of the membership organizations that help so many professionals succeed.
